While the hotel didn't offer shuttle services, its proximity to the train station made it convenient for travelers like me. Although the room lacked extravagant features like a mini-bar or soundproofed walls, the essentials were well taken care of. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle for my convenience. the express check-in/out facilitated a hassle-free experience, which is always a plus for busy travelers. In terms of luxury, S.Maria Novella Dream Suites strikes a good balance with its reasonable pricing. As a discerning traveler who values both quality and cost-effectiveness, this hotel offers a solid option for those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
