Review by hotel critic
The housekeeping was exceptional, maintaining a tidy and clean environment throughout my visit. the presence of air conditioning was a definite highlight, ensuring a comfortable stay during the summer heat. While the hotel didn't offer shuttle services, its proximity to the train station made it convenient for travelers like me. Although the room lacked extravagant features like a mini-bar or soundproofed walls, the essentials were well taken care of. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle for my convenience. the express check-in/out facilitated a hassle-free experience, which is always a plus for busy travelers. In terms of luxury, S.Maria Novella Dream Suites strikes a good balance with its reasonable pricing. As a discerning traveler who values both quality and cost-effectiveness, this hotel offers a solid option for those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
